Mat Meyer is the owner and executive chef of Ansley Table, a premier private dining and catering company based in Arizona. With over two decades of culinary experience, Mat specializes in crafting elevated, restaurant-quality experiences in intimate settings, from private dinners and pop-up events to large-scale celebrations and corporate gatherings.
Known for his seasonal, ingredient-driven menus and bold, punk rock-inspired branding, Mat has built a loyal following across the Southwest. His work has been featured in local media and he’s collaborated with notable chefs and brands, including Graza Olive Oil and Capital Farms. Mat is also a dedicated community advocate, partnering with nonprofit organizations such as House of Refuge and contributing to local food and wine festivals.
In 2025, Mat expanded Ansley Table’s offerings to include a meal prep service, delivering healthy, chef-curated meals with the same quality and attention to detail as his live events.
