How much does a private chef cost?

Pricing depends on the event style (plated vs. buffet), guest count, and menu. Most private chef dinners start at $135 per person, while family-style meals may begin around $100. We'll provide a custom quote after your consultation.

Can I hire a personal chef for a dinner party?

Absolutely. Whether it's a birthday, engagement dinner, or small gathering, hiring a personal chef lets you focus on your guests while we handle the rest. Our dinner party catering services are personalized, professional, and stress-free.

What areas do you serve for private chef services?

We serve the greater Phoenix area including Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert. Looking for a personal chef in Phoenix or a private event in Sedona? We travel too—just reach out with your location.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we understand things change. With enough notice, we’re happy to reschedule your private chef event. Final headcounts and menu confirmation are due 7 days prior.

Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes! We offer allergy-conscious and specialty menus including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and nut-free dishes. Our chefs take dietary needs seriously and confirm details ahead of time.

Is wedding catering available?

Do you offer tastings before an event?

Tastings may be available for wedding catering and large bookings depending on availability. These are scheduled in advance and typically incur an additional charge.

Yes! There are two ways to book with Ansley Table (please note, these are subject to availability):

Chef Mat will be onsite, personally preparing each course and bringing his vision to life. Availability is limited and premium pricing applies.

2. Book the Ansley Table Team – Same Standard, Different Face
Enjoy Chef Mat’s curated menus executed by his hand-trained team. You’ll receive the same high standards and memorable experience—at a more accessible rate.
